I’ve seen such mixed reviews on availability and ability to pre-order. Lots saying you had to be a high value customer. Just curious, what kind of spend do you think that means for YTD?

I don’t imagine I’m a very high spender for LV but I’ve bought 8/9 pieces this year including an exotic and some SLGs and was not able to pre-order anything. Very curious what the cutoff is...

I really only want the cosmetic pouch and I can see that my store didn't get any. I couldn't get it online and have no contacts in Boston (shows they have in stock) My contact in Natick is not great at responding so fingers crossed it shows up online again! I don't have high hopes of getting it

I wish I knew too. My SA said they couldn’t pre order. I’ve bought about 8 or 9 bags this year and quite a few slg’s.

I was surprised as well at how much I liked the RTW- very fun and appropriate for this time in our history working from home. But the prices kept me from splurging.

Have to say, I'm almost surprised some people who pre-ordered it and have it already haven't listed it on resale websites LOL. Really speaks to that whatever LV is doing in terms of rewarding its most LOYAL customers is working. Good for them
