Please forgive me if I ask silly questions. May I know what is the different in between calfskin and caviar? Which one more durable?

Does any one know whether the shade of beige for the mini will be light or dark? Any pic of what the color will be? TIA!!
For the boutiques and Neiman, it'll be light beige. Not too sure about other stores though!
This is the leather. In some lighting it's just nice normal black caviar, and when it catches the light the rigt way it has a GORGEOUS purple/blue/greenish sheen!
In my experience caviar is more scratch proof because of the pattern in it, but they're almost the same! Calfskin is a LOT more easy to keep pristine than lamb
Caviar is basicly calfskin. A pebbled textured calfskin. Calfskin itself is pretty robust compared to lambskin. And technically, having a textured on the surface makes it scratches less visible. So most people are driven to choose caviar (textured) over smooth leather (i.e calfskin/lambskin).
But it is not necessarily the most durable, Less prone to visible scratches? Yes.
I’m wondering if the caviar minis are gonna be edge-stitching and somehow bigger (than “normal” minis) again like last year’s cruise minis?

Nordstrom has it too. Im second on the list there! Just hoping that it has stitching on the flap and that the caviar is similar to fall act 1 posted above.
