Is the strap long enough for crossbody?

No, the strap drop is 9.5” so shoulder or hand carry only. The chain doesn’t feed through the inside of the bag, so the strap cannot lengthen. Here’s what the SA sent me for reference:

The chain doesn’t thread through the inside of the bag. Here’s the same style on the Chanel website except in lambskin.
