I've been thinking of adding a Gris Pale (not perle) K25 in Togo but nervous about maintenance. Does it get dirty easily? I have very young kids but I don't want to always worry about it getting dirty. The only other whiteish color I have is Nata in the KP.
Can I hear some experience or advice pleasee? Thank you!

I have nothing but praise for craie nata beton! Colour is super versatile and goes with everything, I have them in both togo and epsom b25 and both wear similarly. I have gotten splashes from food (tiny dots) but they do wipe off easily early enough. They are my most used bags, I dont wear them with clothes which I think will transfer colour. I do find that overall having them in the b25 is perfect as they do not rest too clothes to my clothes generally. I think a MK crossbody or perhaps even a k25 could have more contact with clothes so I will leave someone else to chime in

How does pale colored epsom leather hold up? I noticed that the grains tend to get darker/dirtier with time. Does the bag look ‘dirty’ over a few years? Am considering a kelly sellier in light color epsom

Craie epsom wears well. Color transfer is an issue with one’s clothing, and there are steps to
address this issue (that you can google)
@horselove , I find it wears well. No noticeable change in color or darkened grains,
at least that I can see, when worn IRL. In the photo, under artificial light, I can see some darkened grains,
but it looks noticeably darker there than IRL. Perhaps this is due to shadows and my amateur photography lol

Funny because I was just today looking at one of my light bags and noticing a few dings—teeny tiny for sure, but there nonetheless—on the corners. Either my dark bags don’t have those or I’m oblivious. I love this light colored bag for spring and summer and the blips wouldn’t change my purchase decision. Light bags are really gorgeous and have their own special glamour. You will probably see more dirt on a light bag, but it’s not that difficult to wipe it off with a slightly damp paper towel. If someone is going to freak out about non-pristine-ness (Word?) I’d say pass. If you can take wear in stride, a light bag is pretty cool to own.

A very special week… after getting my first ever MK this past Saturday (noir with GHW), I got the text today that my SO is here!! Nata and Etoupe Chevre with PHW. Made on April 1 and my SA said all her April SO clients just got their shipments

I was a little anxious about chèvre … always loved Epsom and thought in pic chèvre looks spongey…but wow what a beautiful leather! Has more shape than I thought it would and the sheen is fabulous. Would love any advice on how to maintain! Especially the Nata.
