Definitely agree. I just saw the Coach Snapchat on the Craftsmanship Bar - the guy doing the monogramming looks pretty professional. The story also shows the finished product - very clean and classic. Have you seen it? Their Snapchat name is CoachNYC.

That's ridiculous. So I guess it is only for bags within the 1 year warranty period? I wonder what they would do if I brought in a vintage bag.
