I had mine photocopied and reduced to credit card size and laminated. Now it fits nicely in my wallet. The original is stored for if and when we need boosters.

In Ontario, ours is an electronic proof of vaccination receipt that is stored on our Provincial Health Card and can be scanned by a reader.

I have a pic on my phone. I keep the original in a plastic sleeve taped to a mirror in my entryway. I figure if anything happens to me people might want to see that card.

I suppose I'll get a new one with the new data, then I'll laminate that one.

i took a picture of it and keep that on my phone. original is at home with birth certificate and other important docs. they really need to make it wallet sized, which genius made it so big... -_-

Many people say this but I have a long style zip-around wallet and it fits just fine lol.

I keep my card in there for now but have a photo in my phone too. The pharmacy I got mine at reported it to the state dept of health which pushed it to my MyChart account with my normal healthcare provider so I have a PDF of that too. My MyChart account COVID Vaccine page has the brand and lot number and date and everything.

I might photocopy the card and keep that on me, and put the original with other important docs at home. There's usually enough advance notice when I go anywhere that needs the original (so far airline travel to certain places - concert venues and restaurant policies seem to say a photo is enough) that I don't need to keep it on me all the time anymore.

I have the PDF / Digital card from Othena when I got my shots appointments, etc, also on my google pay wallet and samsung wallet as well... My wallet is tiny, I have a Coach Zip Card Case and that's long and narrow.. One day, we'll have uniformity! LOL
