Is there a technique/easy way to remove the strap? I attached mine and I’m struggling to remove it. I was hoping to store it when hot in use for long periods. Thanks

I couldn’t do it either. LOL! I had to ask my SA to do it for me when I got the new To-Go strap. It took her several minutes and lots of muscle.

Hi just wanna share I was offered a black ctg with rg hardware and a Kelly to go in pink confetti with silver hardware, I chose the black one as I need a bit more space for my to go. I was offered a craie 25 Kelly in ghw this July and got offered to go again in the same year, I’m based in hk so I believe it’s not a quota bag but just a long wait. Same for mini Lindy here. Unfortunately in hk mini C is a quota bag so I have to enjoy my ctg first before I accumulated enough spending for a mini c. But now that I hv a ctg I wonder if I should go for mini Kelly / KP instead next year

I opted for the mk instead of KP just because of the shoulder strap. KP can hold a lot more though.

so far the ctg works great for me! Almost like a mini C to me as I don’t carry much just some cards and phone, my wish list for 2022 now change from mini C to a mini K the shoulder strap really works for me better as I prefer hands free despite I don’t hv toddler trawling behind

Hi everyone! I am a newbie to Hermes and just picked the ctg today. I didn’t check much when my SA gave it to me. However, I got home and opened the box, I saw these dents and that really irritated me does it mean it’s a return item or it’s normal? Is it ok to return it if it is defective?

If it bothers you, you can try to return it, however I think usually they won’t allow a return (circular logic: it’s not in saleable condition) and will instead insist to send it to the spa to be “fixed”. I wonder if the dents are from opening the flap as even just the way you are holding it in this pic seems to be starting a new crease from the left side of the tab to the left metal nub.

That’s just the light, the dents are actually just the two lines showing in the pic. I don’t even know what made that dents but for sure not the strap
