I completed the form when I purchased from Bal Costa Mesa but told them I didn't have a fax to send the rest and they were fine w/out it. And when I ordered my next bag from Bal LA my info I didn't have to send it either since I was already in their system as a buyer. You can get around it; they really have no right to require that info via fax.

They know me REALLY well there, and I have to fax in my license and CC every time....but it is true I do not have to do that at any other Bal store in the US!
I just found another HG at Bal Cannes, I had to Fax them all my info too....but figured that was just because they were in Europe and I was in America.....
BTW, just found an 07 Black GGH Work....with pillow-y light distressing.....just what I had been searching for !

As for what you have to fax or email to the Bal Boutiques, I buy mostly from bal NY and Bal LV. I only have to fax them a charge authorization form with my cc information. I have never had to send either one a drivers license. I do use the same SA every time at each shop so they know me and therefore all they want is my signature on the authorization to back up the charge. But even on my first purchase that was not in person, I never had to send my driver's license.

Leslie, I've have bought several pieces from BAlLV and only had to fax documents to them for my first charge send. I even switched SA's and was never asked again to fax in my license or cc.
Same is true with BalNY, just the first time.
Now that I think about it I don't think I had to fax in my DL. I think (can't remember) I only had to fill in my cc number. I do know I change the number with them on some purchases but I don't have to send in another form for that either. Just give the info over the phone.
Ask them why ... just don't mention my name because if it is a requirement I kind of like being kept under the radar! lol I would find it annoying having to fax that in with every purchase. Especially since you purchase from them weekly!
