Waiting on my first designer purse! I pulled the trigger and got the 2014 black metallic edge city off of ebay. Super excited for it to come in on Monday (hopefully!). And I PRAY that it is authentic... My first designer bag off ebay...:cry: I'm so glad there's this forum here so I don't feel too crazy for spending so much on a bag!

I am glad for you that you are contemplaiting on buying a HG. I have also was just about to buy a HG (black city 2005) for almost 2000 $ recently off ebay, but found out that with norwegian customs of 500$ it would be a kill bill project

I am so sorry to hear the customs killed your HG bag;((. That is so disappointing...But, the clutch and your recent beauties will help ease the pain until you find her replacement! I am doing a similar thing with my HG
I am such a sucker for the leather on a bag. So, if it is what I had envisioned I have to go for it. Luckily, I only do that with HG bags I "try" to get better deals on the others

My part time gris poivre has arrived total price tag has appeared to be higher than original retail (because of sky high Norwegian taxes), but totally worth it IMO. Will post modeling pics later
