CHLOE: Yes, she has had a tough time selling for two seasons. It has been a bad market for Bal resale since last summer and bad for new Bals since this season...Clearly, the market is showing Balenciaga that it is not happy with quality and style decisions.

Totally agree with this, Chloe - I debated for a long time about the price difference and am now waiting on an Anthra RH City (before Anthra is no more). I have had Anthra City bags in the past and miss the color in my collection. I think the comparison thread in the main forum between the GH and mGH bags convinced me since the shoulder strap and handles are now the same between RH and mGH. I think mGH is very pretty, actually, but the extra expense was personally not worth it to me.

I swore off Bal a year ago after an ABYSMAL customer service experience ordering from Bal.com.

I sold most of my bags, one of my jackets, and several accessories. Down to just 4 Bbags.

Experimented with other brands and styles. Found some keepers. But those 4 Bals are still my favorites.

Finally came to the conclusion that nothing beats Bal quality, despite their aloof sales staff. So, I decided to supplement my diminished collection with two more!!

Waiting on a '10 Black RH Velo (will pick up tomorrow!) and a '12 Anthracite RH Kraft - the big one. Kraft is somewhere in NY and my fingers are crossed I will have her in my hands by Saturday.

Can't wait!!!!

Cant wait to see mod pics if your Kraft! We haven t seen much of those around here.

I ordered a black mini pompon w/ mgrh yesterday from the Las Vegas boutique. I ordered it though the South Coast Plaza boutique and didn't get to see pictures or anything. I am a little nervous as this will be the first bag I've ordered without seeing some kind of pic of it or in person. Eeeks! It should arrive on Monday.
