I think the RH Besace will suit you! I had a Ruby Besace but it didn't sit that well on me, unfortunately. Had a hard time giving it up because 1. its Ruby, gorg leather 2. rare style!
Let us know when you get it, can't wait to see it on you. Charbon is one of those understated colors. I hear some of them have supeeeerb leather.

well no luck for me today. The storm turned into a blizzard and they closed every major road in OK. UPS quit working at 2:00, so won't get my bag until monday. But I'm glad that the ups guys don't have to drive in this mess, better to be safe than sorry. Course I bet if he'd known he was carrying a bbag he'd have tried to get her to me! lol!
^^I can totally see this style on you - especially courier style. I was wearing mine yesterday while grocery shopping for Christmas dinner, and it was so nice to have a hands-free bag that sits forward (not on your side or back) so it makes it such an easy wearable bag.
The one I'm waiting for sure looks like it has amazing leather, let's hope so as 08 was a bit dicey. I am curious to see how charbon will work for me. I had mogano and didn't use it much. I always tend more towards black and greys. Charbon might be better for me as it's a cooler brown than mogano. Hope it goes well with black and grey.
Rere, how did the style NOT work for you? It can hang awkward, I agree, and gape at the top. Cross-body is probably the best way to wear this style, exactly what I am looking for.
That's what I'm dreaming about Beaux, an easy no fuss bag, not as bulky as the courier (which I love, as you know, but sometimes it's just too big and gets in the way). I feel that a bag like this was missing in my wardrobe so I'm excited about giving this style a go. Good to hear that you are liking it so much!
