Collecting LV and LV as investment

For LE usually are the Show bags for S/S or F/W...it also has Cruise LE or Pre fall LE...it usually spread out through the year...usually it will be release a particular collection after the other...however LV seems to start produce more and more styles and have it named 'LIMITED EDITION' to attract us...that's why LE is not very LE anymore!!!

Thank you for the information! Yea, the power of names. I guess it would be even more attractive if it's called "The EPIC Collection".

So i'll start collecting from now on, let's hope i won't be too late to get "Limited Edition" items.

Are the actual Sprouse inspired Leopard items also limited? Or how will i notice an item thats limited and not just a new item or line?

I'm glad you decided to go ahead and collect LV regardless.. I think simply asking the leather manager at your boutique, which items are LE's is your best bet.

I cant wait to see your up and coming reveals!

Stay diversified without going into too much tangible BUT if you have a few grands to sit on without the need for immediate return nor devidend.....then YES have fun with it.

The tricky part is to indentify what the "future" (market) may demand beside the supply ratio....for example: Stephen Sprouse Roses speedy which I can see yielding better than expected ONLY IF you would be content with an average of 8% p/annum ROI (Return On Investment) and if sold for double the cost ($2400 Net?). >>a High Yield Corp Bond would double your investment in 10 yrs (of course past performance is not a guaranty)

Wished there's SHORT SELL option for all sort of COLLECTABLES....well now we know why there's none....It is just because the ODD is AGAINST the investors on this type of investment.

TIKOMA, I think the Fleur de Jais from 2009 Fall LE will fare well in the future especially the classic speedy 30 currently priced @ $2300 (already out of stock in Maui).

The best way to do it's have a relationship build with a SA...since even you know which LE to get you may not able to get since it's on hold or sold out...also depend the size of your store...they may not receive all the LE bag...so your SA may need to order...The other way to know when and what the LE bag is releaseing is...PURSE FORUM...ladies here are amazing and they know and share info here way faster then most of the store location...even the store manager at my location ask me how did I know all these info before she does...lol...of course I can't wait to see you future LE reveal!!!
