I ordered a large Colette in chili for store pick up and when I went to take it home, I checked the bottom and all four of the metal feet were scuffed up with scratches. It was the only chili Colette in stock at the store. I was soooo disappointed

This happened with my Selma in Mandarin. They gave me 10% off because it wasn't in perfect condition.

10% off may be an option if that was the only flaw. I'm not sure if the feet on mine were scratched because I didn't check. I've only carried it a few times, just checked, and the feet are scratched. Im not sure if its from use or if it arrived that way. When it arrived, it was completely wrapped so I know it was brand new.....
That's such a good idea, I don't know why I didn't think to ask for a discount. Maybe because some of the feet were scuffed to the point that the metal wasn't shiny anymore and all I could think of was "I want this purse noowwww."

Yesterday, I saw the picture of your chili Colette with the heel purse charm and totally fell in love with it. I didn't even know the MK Colette existed, lol. The store is trying to ship another one to me so hopefully it will be in better condition. I know the feet will get scratched but I want to be the one to put the scratches on it

Guys, I have received my Colette messenger from Bloomingdales and just what I feared, they sent me a store display bag and it's all scuffed and had scratches. I am so so upset. I wish I hadn't thought it. The not so new look of the bag is putting me off from the style. I can return onlym can't exchange as an international customer. If I return, can't get 25% off again. See the photos and u will see a lot of scuffing and marks and scratches. Please advice
