To illustrate the difference I've posted photos of the noncoated totebag and the coated lady-in Brandy I do like the coated very much.

I love the aging/patina on my camello bag but do not like it as much on my Brandy crossbody. I used leather milk to try to even it out and it's even more splotchy now despite frequent use. Maybe it's just more noticeable on a small bag. In any event I love the way your lady bag looks with the coating. I think Brandy is the perfect candidate for it. Your tote looks gorgeous too of course! Do you ever condition it? Maybe that was my mistake.

Same, the patina is what makes the camello. The camello with the coating was as I said almost like it was painted leather. The stark paleness stayed as it was. When I got my other camello it was never as bright as the coated one from laprendo. It doesn't suit the camello at all.

Although I have one brandy bucket and I find now I've used it so much the leather does not show marks and scratches so much any more. Didn't become splotchy though, despite being caught in rain more than once, and leather Milk worked well for me on it.

So by personal preference I will never buy from Laprendo again (I've finished my MG collection anyway) as I believe the coating takes away from the beauty of the veg tanned leather and how it's meant to age.

I condition it very infrequently. The imperfections don't really bother me on my work bag.

Just to follow up-I accidently spilled water on the coated leather-it did puff up initially, but then dried and is not noticeable at all anymore.
