Yes the flap opens with the turnlock.

The swagger shoulder bag is such a lovely bag. I love the saddle color. I would love it if they made this in a larger size. I ordered the saddle color from Bloomies with 20% off which ends today. I chose free shipping so I won't have it for at least 5-6 business days. I will post a review once I recieve it.

I bought the pink one...got the 15% off and free S/H. I have the Buster bag charm ( gift from a very special tPF member) that I'll hang from the ring where the tags hang. I think it will look great!
