Gary Baseman just shared some more photos of the monster totes on his instagram account.

I'm curious to know how many colors the monster tote bags come in? I thought the blindfold rabbit tote was only in pink?!

Great colours and the style but i am not able to get into the critters... on his blog he seems to have pictures of them happier? to each is own, if it's anything like snoopy it'll be gone before the dust is even off the shelf to showcase them.

Many congrats thedseer! The folio and fobs are absolutely cute! Wish colette had the folio too... I have just ordered the Buster le Fauve tote, in the same color as yours Can't wait to receive it!

PS. I guess colette's price, without VAT for non-EU orders, is not too bad after all? How is it compared with the price in the US, may I ask?

Congrats! Love that combo for the tote.

Good point about no VAT-I didn't think of that. I think I remember seeing that the price of the totes in the US is $650, but not 100% sure.

Thanks loads for your reply! I should've known... What's bad about buying Coach outside of the States is that it's much more expensive. I was tempted to buy a leather jacket by the new executive creative director Stuart Vevers last season, but buying it in Hong Kong means paying an extra 50%. It's such a turn-off

And whether it's a little more from Colette or not --- hopefully you'll love it and be glad you got it. Those of us who got our snoopy things from Colette last fall were happy to be able to get them, and I think for many of us the price difference wasn't enough to make us not order -- for me, it was worth it to be ensured of getting a very limited piece that I really wanted. I hope that's the case for you and your Buster tote! It's beautiful!

I'm very tempted by those other Baseman totes at Colette in the different colors! But trying to resist!

Thanks a lot tastangan! So I'm telling myself, buying from colette still saves me a huge lot, compared with what I'm supposed to pay in the Hong Kong boitique (50-75% more!). Also, I'm probably going to use it before everyone else does here

So I stopped by a FPCoach store today, ready to order the black on black Swagger, and they looked up and could not find it, and then called customer service. They were told that the black with black hardware is not available in the US. I hope they are wrong; has anyone else heard something like that?

Totally agreed. And without the vat, the price difference isn't big.

I'm so tired of this! It is almost like they try to decide which things US buyers want the most and then make sure we don't have access to them.

Forgot to mention while I was there the SA brought out an incredible and gorgeous studded Tatum Tote in apricot. Really stunning the color was so soft.

Did some checking and called Coach CS, the bag is available in the US and you can pre-order. The code is indeed 34408 with the color code MW/BLK. It's $495. HTH
