You fill in the page--I usually change the Subject to 'Product' so it's routed correctly--and they'll reply within a couple of hours.

They will provide product information like colors available, prices, dimensions, etc., for any style # you provide.

This looks like it may be a smaller version of the drawstring bag that is out now? I hope so, I love the bags but they are too large for me. Does anyone have any info on it?

I just got the large garnet color with my PCE today; love it! It slouches well and looks smaller once you try your stuff in it.

Do you have the Urbane bag? I saw it on your avataar and was wondering. If so, how do you like it so far? Is it primarily a "briefcase bag" or a purse?

I just emailed JAX about #27859. I'm hoping that it is available in rouge, because if so I will exchange the small phoebe I just ordered for the e/w instead.

I want to see the mini Borough in person--hopefully it will be in stores within the next couple of weeks.

E/W Phoebe, got DD in black, grey birch, peach rose. Not in rouge

I think I'll just wait til we see some fall colors in that e/w Phoebe, or a lovely metallic, and stick with my ban.

Would loooove it in gunmetal, or in a deep ocean blue, or a rich pumpkin orange. Hope Coach is reading this, lol.
