29422 in Parchment. It's an awesome bag. It reminds me a lot of the Borough. Just a little more everyday, and less sophisticated looking. I'm liking the saffiano leather, and this also reminds me of the Prada Saffiano tote.

There's also tan and in the Dillards system there should be a navy according to the SA.

I use the 'Contact Us' link on the Coach web page--the link is on the very bottom of the page:

You fill in the page--I usually change the Subject to 'Product' so it's routed correctly--and they'll reply within a couple of hours.
