I saw the resemblance too! Coach interior org will be much better than Bal bags for sure.
I think the Coach Rhyder 24 (Bal city) + Elevated Rhyder 33 (Bal velo) also give out a vintage Chloe vibe too. I'm anxious to check these out irl.
How many sizes + variations are there in the Rhyder collection? So far, I think I've seen clues online that there are 5??? Or 6? More?

I love this design, been looking out for Bals but read of their leather discolourising which I do not want, so will be looking out for reviews on this one. It looks like good leather and will hold a lot. I will be holding out for the 33 in black, tentatively.
I started checking these out last week as they have finally arrived in boutiques and at The Bay dept store.
I noticed that several TPF members ordered and returned due to leather. For me, the leather is ok but I'm not in love with the black Rhyder 33 anymore and I was never interested in the Rhyder 24 to begin with. I like the size/shape of Rhyder 33 because it can be used much like Bal Velo (my fave Bal). Although it's big, it's really just meant to be used like any leather tote bag: that's how it is for me. So...no Rhyder for me and no pain...until today...
I really took my time & checked out the heavier colorblock (black/saddle suede) Rhyder 33 at The Bay. Online I liked this bag ok but didn't think I'd pursue it (only liked black 33 with gunmetal hw and feather fob). It's a tough indestructible workhorse type bag! Although suede is generally high maintenance, on a bag of this design, it's meant to get used...show wear n tear I think.
A great perk is that this bag comes with the feather fob but I don't see it here online. I have yet to see any of the full suede Rhyder 33 bags and I think the suede ones come with the feather fob.
Lastly, I am smitten with Rhyder Messenger (bronze) although what I'd truly like to get my paws on is the python version but that just cost so much more. We shall see...not 100% sure there's a Rhyder in my future or not.

I don't like their choice of gold hardware on the black Rhyder 33 but that's just my opinion. For me, I think the hardware needs to be burnished...gold is fine but shiny gold isn't right for this bag (imo). It's easy for me to pass on it.

What happened to this Ryder? I do like the tooled leather details on this bag. I wonder when we will see this.
Oh! Right...what happened to THAT version? I'm liking several of the Tooled leather Tatum totes and this tooled leather Rhyder 33 that you have attached here - all very kickass! What happened? Maybe stock is still trickling in? I suppose since the Gramercy bags have yet to appear also but that's a totally different looking bag LOL
