I have Blackrocks too, thanks for the tip!I spray mine too, then condition with Blackrocks. I think the wax in the Blackrocks adds a level of protection.

I just got a black/pink Tea Rose Rogue and a Rogue Satchel (the butterscotch one) from the sale and I've never owned such an expensive bag before so I was wondering if there is something I should be using on the bags to protect them before I start carrying them? I am having trouble searching the forum which is why I am asking. Thank you!
Beautiful! I love that style and color. My Janice is done! Before and after pics are below. It didn't come out as clean as I wanted, but it's better than it was. I decided to leave the pen marks on the side alone since they were faint. Next rehab will be my Andrea.

I meant to ask, what alcohol did you use for the ink?
Thanks! I remember seeing that now. Lol!I used 70% rubbing alcohol from the first-aide aisle of the drug store. I dipped an un-colored toothpick in the alcohol and gently traced the ink marks with the alcohol, then quickly wiped the area with water and a damp soft cloth. I did that a few times and the ink came out. You can see before and after pics of some of the ink marks at the link below.
I have a jar of the British Tan leather restorer and conditioner and I was prepared to touch up the bag if necessary, but I got lucky (this time!) the ink came out without removing any color from the bag.
