I have two bangles and I luv them!!! I'd buy more, but I have my eye on too many bags right now. That medallion braclet is really cute and I love all the earrings. I think it is good quality a little pricey, but most designer things are, right??? Get them!!!!

I LOVE the jewelry!

I wish I could buy the bangles/watches ect...but my wrist is too big!:crybaby:

I bought some of the bangles that came out last year for my sis as well to try on (she is skinny, I thought it was a weight issue since I'm a voluptuous girl)...NOPE! Didn't fit her either! We have big bones!

I have the Silver/Pond 3/4" Bangle, and it was around $78, so for the money - I think they are definately worth it. I am thinking of getting the Silver/Silver bangle, but just haven't gotten around to it.

IMO they are pretty nice, mine hasn't gotten scratched up or tarnished or anything. I'm pretty hard on bracelets, so I buy cheapie bracelets and stick with more expensive necklaces & rings that I can take better care of... Come to think of it... I'm pretty hard on rings too. :p

I like the boyfriend whistle necklace that they have out... but again, haven't gotten around to actually purchasing it.

WOWWIE thanks for all the responses ladies! now i know ;) please post pix of your jewelry and you wearing it if at all possible! i still haven't heard anyone say they have a necklace from them... hopefully someone speaks up!

Question: I received a bangle as a gift. Can I take it into a store and have it "resized" or anything? It's really big on me.

AFAIK only precious metals can be resized. If you have a gift receipt you can exchange it for another style that fits you better.

BTW, did you notice that this thread is 8 yeers old? It might have been better to just start a new thread.

I don't think I can exchange it. Girlfriend bought the tri-color set and gave each of us one. So I don't have the whole set, just the gold one. I'm guessing gold-plated.

Such a shame it can't be resized... Need to look for solutions.

Yes, I know it's an old thread. I had to check the box before posting. No need to make a new one when all info can be put into one. =) Thanks!

If you have thick chunky winter sweaters or tunics with long sleeves, try wearing the bracelet on top of the sleeve instead of under it. Just be careful that it doesn't catch or pull the fabric or knit. Just a temporary solution but it's winter and you're in Canada, so long-sleeve sweaters and tunics should be a wardrobe staple anyway, eh? ;)

Other than that, I don't have any practical suggestions. Small wrists have never been one of my problems. :D

I have small wrists too. I don't worry about it much unless the bangle is in danger of falling off completely. The only bangles I buy for myself are the type with a hinge.

I was googling solutions, thinking there should be something like a ring guard only for bracelets, and I found this idea: pair it with a bracelet on a chain, linking the chain around the bangle, and that will keep it from falling off. I've also been able to put a smaller bangle near my wrist and that will block the larger bangle from falling off. It won't stop it from sliding up though when you lift up your arm.

This article shows many ways you can implement Hyacinth's wonderful suggestion: http://www.jckonline.com/blogs/jewe...ink-it-over-how-to-wear-overly-large-bracelet

Over a sweater is a good idea. I've also been playing around with "stacking" and wearing the loose one higher up, and a bunch of "chunky" bracelets under.
