Coach Holiday Gift

I was surprised to hear from my SA this week inviting me to come in and pick up a holiday gift. I have bought a lot from her in the past but not really this year. Does anyone know what this might be? I'm wondering whether I should pick up a small box of nice chocolates or something for her. Is there a protocol?

I was told Coach was going to start doing these types of things for their VIP customers. My store also asked for my birthday so they can send me something.

She said it’s a gift set. I will pick up a small token for her; I would feel awkward accepting a gift and not offering anything in return.

That would be nice. I usually bake something for the SAs at my store as a "thank you" for putting up with me and treating me so well.

Thanks. She really is lovely; she knows my tastes very well and reaches out before every sale abd F&F event to offer pre-sales or discounts.

I have quite a lot of bags now and have greatly slowed my spending there this year; instead I bought two LV and two Dior.

From memory I purchased the Washed Red Tea Rose Rogue, the Dinky 24 in Saddle, a couple of Coach NY totes for my daughter and 5-6 pairs of shoes. Not nothing but not a vast amount either. I’m surprised they would consider me a VIP unless earlier sales were also factored in. I bought a lot of 1941 bags and wallets in 2017 before things got really embellished.

Mine is the same way. She helps me make the right decisions about purchases to make or avoid. She knows I'm trying not to buy as much and make choices that fit my style. I always tell her to "give it to me straight" [emoji23] . I think they consider things other than your recent purchases. If you have a good relationship with her that counts for something.

I remember getting something from my previous SA last year. It was a set of pouches with prairie rivet details on them if I remember correctly. They didn't have to do that but much appreciated!
