I found the Mercari listing from
https://www.mercari.com/u/robyn2resale/?tracking_ref_id=m54956662176
Robyn2resale
@robyn2resale
And that bag is fake.

Note that the seller is also robyn2resale on ebay and I believe the fake bag was removed from ebay.

Another week, another fake Stewardess.
Seller - Robyn2Resale

I've found Etsy (and the sellers there) to be as unresponsive to notification and removal of fakes as Poshmark is.
And she's on Poshmark also: robyn2resale

There are other problems but the production portion of the serial number (the prefix) of H2H is invalid. The H plant had been closed for years by 2002 and the font is incorrect for any H plant bag.

Oh okay. What are the other problems you see? I am asking because i am on the hunt for one for my own personal use and i just want to know of that one... what is incorrect so i don't purchase one with the same issues.

Hi. This is Robyn. This is the first I am hearing about this post. I don’t intentionally sell fakes. This bag to my knowledge is real. It is leather with suede lining. I did replace the knob. But that is beside the point. I do not appreciate being blasted on a website I didn’t even know about.

Any bag you are interested in you should post on the Authenticate This Coach thread. We can tell you if it is authentic. We aren't going to tell everything that is wrong with it because we don't want to help counterfeiters make better counterfeits or unscrupulous sellers hide important details in their listings.

To add to @whateve's post, I want to add this.

Unlike most of the other subforums and "authenticate this" threads on TPF, the Coach authenticators will help buyers AND sellers, will authenticate private sales, estate purchases, completed listings and thrift store finds. We will help sellers stay honest and help buyers get what they pay for. We want to help BOTH buyers and sellers both before and after the sale.

Because forum rules disallow posting and promoting your own listings, we will help before you list if you come here to ask about a bag and post pictures and the other required information as per the AT Coach thread.

We don't require sellers to pay for professional authentications just because they have a small business and should be "able to afford a pro."

When sellers are falsely accused of listing a fake, we are available to help in those cases too, offering reassurance to buyers or assisting in disputes.

We aren't the enemy but if a potential buyer asks about spending several hundred dollars on a bag, they want to know that it's genuine.

The intent of listing seller IDs in authentication requests or on the Hall of Shame is not to cause embarrassment, although there's no doubt it is embarrassing. The reason we post IDs is to allow members to search an ID to see if the item has been authenticated in the past (thus avoiding duplication of requests) and/or to see if the seller's ID has a previous history.

The bag is pre2002. My guess is it’s 1982 since it has suede lining. You really need to check the facts before you tell people I’m a fraud. This is defamation and I have reported you.

Sorry but you are wrong. You don't understand how to read and interpret serial numbers.

There's NO DOUBT that the bag is counterfeit.

The serial number on the bag you have shows a bag that was supposedly made in 2002. A 1982 (1992, 1970) bag would have a differently formatted serial number.

Clearly, you don't trust me so I'll tag @whateve and @Hyacinth to request that they offer guidance that might help you.
