Has anyone found eBay is swatting away reports about counterfeits a lot lately?

I only report the most obvious ones since I’m no pro (like the TN- serial number ones, the ones ‘made in Korea’ with 5 digit serial numbers, ones with the SCRTCHES typo, etc.—nothing even a little iffy). I used to see them taken down pretty fast, but not a single one of my reports has resulted in a fake being taken down in weeks. Instead I tend to hear relatively quickly that ‘a customer service agent’ has reviewed it and ‘didn’t find the listing to be in violation of [their] policy.’

I saw this listed a week or so ago but when I went to post it here over the weekend, I couldn’t find it. I suspect someone told the seller it was not a NYC (the original listing) but did they also say it was fake? Now it’s back. With NYC history. Among other things, it’s not a Patti (Patricia’s Legacy) #9951. The seller is also incorrect regarding all authentic Stewardess’s being associated with United Airlines.
