Below is the response I got when briefly pointing out the incorrect font and cartouche format on the brown Lafayette tote:

“Good evening (FrenchieBull),

This item has been authenticated by Entrupy, a third party authentication company.

Also, the creed has gone through numerous changes over the years and the creed on vintage purses was impacted by how hard the leather was pressed.

Thank you for supporting Goodwill.”


So, I sent a more specific explanation. Has a spam campaign ever worked when a seller refuses to pull an item?

They need to recognize who frequently Entrupy is wrong!

Seriously, I think it's close to 50% of the time.

If they're communicating with you, refer them here. There are so many Coach examples of errors as well as Entrupy mistakes across other brands through the forum.
