There are previous posts of fakes from various Japanese sellers - Images posted. At the time, this particular fake was listed by several sellers. My point in posting the seller IDs and the image is to show that there's a ring of sellers who share pictures and when listings are removed from some sellers' listings, other sellers pick up the slack.

Did you write to her and request that she use her own pictures? They do still reply nastily but it's worth a try. (Been there, done that!)

You can report the listing(s) to Etsy and they are required (by law) to remove them. It might take a day or 2 but I've had success.

The report is called DMCA and is to report infringement. I've successfully used it to get listings removed from Tradesy, Poshmark, Etsy and Ebay. (For ebay, I use a similar VeRO reporting form.)
