COACH Hall of Shame - Post Coach fakes here!

The tea roses spacing and arrangement, the rivets in the center of the tea roses, the top handles OMG, just look at the stitches on the handles and the zipper. Also the shoulder straps are flat.
Again, I'll ask WHY you think they're fake! Please post your pictures of the same bags to show the differences.

I'm not seeing what is "so obvious."

@houseof999 what do you think?
@Hyacinth, opinion?

I agree, Both are fake. The rolled handles are the first thing that caught my eyes. Creed patch doesn't have double stitches at the end and the thread is also the wrong color. Usual large hole on the clochette where the leather strap end knots.

Agreed. This looks way too much like a 1941 red than washed red. Coach has not made a true red tea Rose Rogue 25 yet. Otherwise I would have owned it already. :giggle:
Thank you for chiming in @houseof999.

Upon further scrutiny, I see several problems with the blue one (seller norahcrafts ).

IMO, the red one doesn't show enough pictures for me to feel confident enough to report. (YMMV.) Color can vary based on monitors, camera settings, photographer's skill or lack thereof, etc. But the listing itself doesn't show a creed picture, doesn't show the made in label and although the listing shows the price tag and receipt, they aren't shown (tag) or legible (receipt). While receipts don't necessarily prove authenticity, if they're fake receipts, that's telling.

I haven't reported either listings but I wouldn't recommend anyone buying that red one even with Creed patch pic. I noticed those sticky yellowish papers on the feet and Coach never uses anything like that ever!

Sorry, I don't know a thing about Rogues or any other newer style, just about anything made in the last 5-8 years is completely off my radar. But it looks like they've already been removed.

What about the shoulder straps? Both sides are flat without the central bulge.

After following up on my research, I was comfortable enough about the inauthenticity of the blue bag but I (personally) didn't think the listing for the red one showed enough of the necessary elements to determine one way or the other.

Here is a picture comparing the blue. (There were a few other details that the counterfeiters got wrong - BIG ONES - but I won't show or describe those.)
