So upset after dealing with shopgoodwill.com customer service. I know, I know - you can't expect someone to remove the counterfeit item just because you said so, but I spent some time describing in details why exactly this horrendous creature is a fake, and even referred them to this community. This is what I got from them this morning:

Ms. Cat the Curious, we have authenticated our purses to the best of our knowledge through detailed research and close inspection. We’d like to thank you for shopping with us at Goodwill of North Florida and we appreciate your continued support. Sincerely, Shopgoodwill of North Florida

I reported it. Maybe they'll believe it if they get enough reports...but I'm not too hopeful.
