Good question ; I always ask the authenticators first as I'm still learning too.
This is what whateve noted - post #13495; so that's what I reported:
"Wrong lining, wrong creed wording. I don't have any records of the R plant being used in the US, and not in 1996. The first use I have of it is Thailand in 2000."

It should have a black-on-black striped lining, never a solid color fabric
