BTW, I missed the fake that LadyEdwards reported but I was able to pull up the cached listing and it's absolutely fake.

In the future please make sure you know how to back up anything you accuse someone of doing. I backed mine up when I posted the link for all to see. I'm content knowing I don't post anything in this thread, or report anything to ebay that I'm not sure is counterfeit. :-)

If you read the first post of the thread, you'll see that one of the rules requires that posters know items are counterfeit before posting on this thread. Although an occasional error is made where an authentic item is posted as fake, that poster is quickly called on it and reminded of the rules.

In the case of your listing, the poster wasn't called on it because the bag was definitely fake. And although we can't see the listing any longer and certainly don't recall the style of your fake Coach bag, the description you used in your listing is indicative of a fake since you apparently used the "style name" that was shown on the fake tag, "Coach-VSG-Satchel"

That labeling is only on fakes. I've never heard of such a thing as a VSG Satchel. BUt the fakers use the style on their POS frequently.

As for your lawyer and "slander" allegations, which BTW would be LIBEL if valid, it's not slander or libel if it's true. And your bag was fake so there.s no libel. (Libel is written; slander is spoken.)

If you have pictures of the bag in question, you're welcome to post them on the authentication thread. Either you can prove the poster as wrong or you can learn about the bag you tried to sell.

tammymoehlenpah ( tammymoehlenpah-us and patcranford57 ) was invited to post pictures here of any bags she wanted to sell so she would be in compliance with US Federal Trademark law as well as ebay's rules. Although she claims never to have sold anything that wasn't authentic, multiple fakes HAVE been listed. and she doesn't do her homework before listing.

How could ANYONE look at that overprocessed overstretched elephant-skin-wrinkled MESS and think it was a genuine Coach? I don't think I've ever seen so much damaged leather on one purse before.
