I just ordered the bag charm from NM but have no clue which one will show up. On the search page it shows the charm with a horseshoe and a few different pieces on it. When I click on the charm to order the picture changes to the one with the lock. I like the charm with the lock better but the description lists a horseshoe on it so I think that's probably the one I will receive. Anyone else notice this?
The one with the horseshoe is the first photo they had on the website of the charm months ago when it was brand new on the market. Later on that photo changed to the one without the horseshoe. At first I thought that NM had a different version compared to the one that was on Coach.com, but later the photo changed to the one without the horseshoe. I think that the photo of the one with the horseshoe was a production model and then Coach changed their mind and changed the charm up before actually producing it, hence the reason NM had a different photo for a short period of time......we've seen that kind of thing before where a charm or bag doesn't look like the original photos that were put out for advertisement. I've not seen the old photo, only the newer one and I ordered one yesterday and another one today since it went an extra 20% off. And like you, I like the one without the horseshoe better.
I googled and came up with the old photo from NM, I clicked on it and as soon as the website popped up, the photo changed.....so hopefully we'll get the one we are wanting.

Made perfect sense! I hope we get what we want too. For some reason my phone and iPad show version with horseshoe before clicking on it but laptop shows the one with the lock. I'm considering buying. Do you have any photos of it on a bag? I'm trying to imagine it and what bag I'd put it on. I have several Rogues and Nomads in particular. Thank you!
Sorry I do not have any pictures. It is big. I first saw it on a Rogue 36. I plan to use it on a tote bag.
FYI- mine just arrived from NM- this has the lock. It was beautifully packaged and very secure- felt like it was a special occasion the way it arrived in a lovely NM gift box. Big kudos to NM for making my day!
The charm is MASSIVE and it is heavy. It is not for the feint of heart. I have not completely unwrapped it yet- it has the padded wrap on each individual charm. I was able to get an adjustment so the price now is a steal at $105. It is a fabulous item- I love it and intend to use on my 25 and reg. rogues. Hopefully I will not be needing a chiropractor.

Thank you! I read somewhere that it is 6" long so it is big. I may order and can return if it doesn't work. I ordered the blue suede Rogue 36 in the summer sale and it is gorgeous! It would make a nice accent piece for the bag!
I read your post and got excited because last time I checked mine would be delivered tomorrow. However, now it shows it won't be here until Tuesday at the earliest
Oh well, at least I was able to order it and get a price adjustment on it. It was a really great price and I think it's sold out now. To others who were asking for size photos, I'll try to post it with a banana to scale when it finally arrives.
