Well.... on that note, BACK TO THE PURSES!
Here are some new pictures of 1941 Fall 2016. The patches Rogue is really growing on me. The one with it in front of the editor looks like it may even be a 36!

Good mornin!Has anyone see the new Heather Grey Saddle 23 in person?
I have the Saddle 23 in Fog and I am wondering how they might compare color-wise.
Fog it more brownish gray--taupe--and the Heather Grey looks more blue grey.
Thoughts? Could I have both without being too redundant?
Good mornin!
I have seen the burnished grey saddle in person. The burnished finish on it really makes it stand out. I'm not good with identifying undertones but have the fog saddle & you are right that "fog" has a taupe type tone to it. From what I can recall, the burnished grey did not. True grey. I think the pics on Coach are accurate. I hope that helps, at least a little.
That's a beautiful bag! Congratulations!Posting a picture of my new beautie...Western Embroidery Turnlock Saddle...but this photo was not accurate on the website. On the website the flowers look very different. Before I saw it the store, I just scrolled by on the website. In person, it looks more glam, more antique, and the gold and silver are stunning. Worth a second look. View attachment 3420705View attachment 3420706

Thanks for these pics! I've been considering the patches Rogue too but I'm confused about the color being offered. In these pics, it looks black as well as the runway pics. But in the Neiman Marcus pics, it looks blue. I think I preferred the black but on second thought, I did get a blue coat last winter and the blue might work well with it.

Good to know. Thanks. It may be a mute point though as the bag has disappeared from the Neiman Marcus site. The "Shop the Runway" Bear Rogue bag was a streaked navy with orange handles. I imagine the colors will be the same.
I've seen those wide straps for sale separately by a few manufacturers. I read somewhere that it is a trend to offer separate straps. Rebecca Minkoff has some called guitar straps. I love that woven strap on the rip and repair swagger. I wish they would put one on the saddle bag. The classic pouch, which is supposedly the inspiration for the current saddle bags had a marvelously wide strap.I saw the Rip and Repair Swagger in Bloomies yesterday. It was the same size as the pebbled one I have. That's the regular size with no number. I'm not sure I liked it as much in the glove tanned leather but I liked that they are making something in the larger size again. Anyway. I loved the wide woven strap. A few days ago I was exploring the forum and wandered into a Trending Thread. I didn't realize at first it was on the LV forum but they were showing that LV is carrying separate purchase wide straps in multiple colors for its bags and they were about the same width as the woven strap. It would be so great if Coach did the same. I don't like the skinny straps so any bag I've bought with them, I've removed. Well, any old bag. I don't think I'll do that with the Rogue. But anyway here's hoping.
