After reading this, I checked my BC duffle and there is colour loss on 3 of the corners..not much but it's there. I've only carried it 4 times and haven't brushed against anything with it...not impressed.

Someone mentioned earlier that the colorblock duffles don't seem to have this problem. Has anyone had an issue with the corners on the colorblock ones?

I'm hoping to order the dragonfly duffle... hoping that since it's limited, and black, and maybe more "special", that it will be of higher quality.

Interested to see if more reports come out of premature color rubbing off. Yikes.

alright, I just checked all of my Legacy items for marks - here's how things measured up.
Tanner - absolutely no marks. This thing is a TANK.
Emerald Duffle - small white mark on one corner, but bear in mind I have carried this bag since April.
Colorblock Duffle - no marks at all.
Penny - marks on bottom! So it may not be isolated to a "duffle" problem, but perhaps with the color leather you select. This Penny is Cobalt, which is a much softer leather than say, the Sunflower.

I an there with ya. I won't be ordering any legacy. I do have the black medium skinny, its waring just fine. I will be saving for the dragonfly. I really hope its a good quality. I have worn my black mamma goat sage like crazy and it has very little to no ware on it, even the python details. I am expecting the same with the dragonfly.. Fingers crossed

I lightly scuffed 1 corner of my Emerald Duffle the 1st day I used it. It's barely noticable though. After a week or so of use that was the only mark. Then I moved into my Violet and have been using my Violet Duffle for the past 2 weeks and haven't noticed any wear at all. I don't really baby my bags either.

Not that I don't know, I just couldn't love that little bag. I'm waiting for the pennys

Dang, oh well, gives me more time to ride out the issues and see how people are doing with the wear on them. lol

Has anyone noticed scuffing on the corners of their textured pebbled leather duffle? TIA

no scuffing on mine. This seems like a nice sturdy bag/leather.
