I will hold out for an empire 28 in any new color that i like. Hoping the merlot is released this next time. Would buy the 28 in merlot, suede, olive… will have to see what shows up i guess. Yeah I agree I would want everything straight from Coach also, but I heard from a friend that sometimes Amazon isn't too bad since it comes directly from Coach's warehouse, so it hasn't been handled in any stores or a return, etc. At least not when it's a brand new launch!

I haven't looked into the Rowan, but I'll send my SA a message about it! I did hear that the Empire 28 is coming in Merlot and a few other colors, I'll have to double check. The 40 and 48 are BIG bags, I have three 48's and only use one on a regular basis lol. I agree they are just so pretty and well made, I'm just happy to have them in my collection.

The loved leather 48 arrived finally! The store wasn't kidding when they were waiting for a big box to ship it in, the box was HUGE. It was packed perfectly. I can't stand when big bags are jammed into small boxes and the handles get squished. They packaged this better than some other luxury brands I purchase from.

I'm LOVING the loved leather. I wasn't sure how I would like it in person. ALSO I have now heard when the collection fully sells out it will be re-released again in the winter...so I guess it's a limited launch, just not limited edition. Who knows lol

Now I just have to decide if I need a 4th 48 in Olive...my wallet is crying right now! Here's the picture my SA sent me of the Olive. It launches August 27th!

Those 48’s are gorgeous. Loving the olive. I am totally obsessed with the loved leather and admit i just ordered the 48, my justification was for travel, but it will have to be local travel because I’m willing to bet it would be too heavy for international travel lol. The 28 loved that i got without the strap was from amazon and the packaging was kind of a mess as if it were a return? Not sure how that happened but definitely prefer dealing with coach on these bags. Fingers crossed that the merlot 28 does not sell out and curious to hear what you find out about the suede Rowan. Your empires are really beautiful. That olive……
Ps my other justification for ordering the giant 48 loved empire is that the skull cluster charm has sold out online and it comes with the 48. How nuts am i??? lol ah well, the quest for purse peace…..

Oh that's right I forgot Amazon sent you one without the strap, that is really weird since the launch is so new. Maybe it was a return, hmmm. Usually the straps are kind of zip tied to the bag somewhere.

You know this loved leather 48 seems lighter to me, including the charms. I wonder if the glove tanned leather is lighter than the full grain they use on the other empires? Or maybe it's just in my head hahaha

The charms are really high quality, it's a pretty good deal considering the labor used to distress the bags and the added charms, only $50 extra. I'm going to be getting a 4th EMPIRE 48 with the Olive next week lol, I am the one that's nuts! 🤣

I have a feeling you will love this bag if you already have the 28! Congrats on grabbing one! I saw a few are on the website! I would also reach out to a local store, they might be able to hold a 28 Merlot for you on launch day!

Colorado weather is completely unpredictable. You can leave the house in sunshine and get caught in a rain/snow/hail storm in 20 minutes! I do now carry a raincoat for bags.

So i just pulled the trigger on the empire 34 in suede and i am ordering the apple guard rain and stain. How many coats do you apply? I’ve never used this product so any advice would be most appreciated : )

So sorry one last question, when was this olive empire available? It’s so pretty. Did i miss it or is it coming out again?
