I can't believe that Coach would want a representative of their company to discourage anyone's business to their face, even if they are aiming their marketing at the young. There is a marketing theory this is based on. People are creatures of habit and the trick in marketing is to attract new customers when they are at turning points in their life, such as when they transition from being a student to a career woman.
