I usually leave it unclasped and it doesn't bang around, that way I can get in and out of the bag more easily. When I do decide to clasp it, though, I have no trouble using one hand while the bag is on my other arm. I've also gotten quite adept at opening and closing the bag with one hand, so i can reach in and grab my wallet or phone without too much fuss.

Thats awesome kezza, if you say its easy to get in and out of that just makes me want it that much more, lol. Which color combo/material Daphne did you get? Oh, I want one so badly.

Abandondedimages, I will post pics when I pick it up at the store on Monday :) I wanted to bring it home with me soooo bad today, but they have to wait to use the coupons until Monday!!
Some of the Daphnes are limited edition, certain colors I believe. I loved the purple one they had out last season! It was to die for and sold out very quickly!

That's an awful cute bag, but not sure if it's worth that much money. It's made of canvas, right? Although, if you think you will use this bag for seasons and seasons to come, go for it! One of my fashion magazines a few months ago forecasted this bag to be a true classic that will stand the test of time.

I wouldn't say it's "easy" to get in and out of, there's a definite learning curve, but it's totally doable. It's even easier if you keep it on your shoulder, which for me is only really possible if i'm not wearing a jacket or thick sweater. I have the suede one with brown leather trim, bought it from a fellow PFer back in the marketplace days. It's great as an everyday bag, since I can fit absolutely everything in it!

I remember that bag! Satin blue lining right? That bag is so beautiful!
