This is bag is TOTALLY gorgeous IRL! I went downtown today and tried on the following:
, but I love it in the Vachetta.
I still like the large Carly in black leather the best, but I'm waiting on the Legacy Slim Tote in white to see which one I like better. The SA at the flagship store in SF said that they might be coming beginning of March, and she'll give me a call when they come in:
When I think of vachetta, I think of the handles on my LV perfo speedy--very light, pale almost bone color--but the vachetta on this bag is a rich, almost peachy color.
Good point. I wonder what the bags will look like when the patina process begins? They may not be as pretty once they start turning a darker color.
i'm sure it would be gorgeous IF it would patina evenly...but that would be sorta hard to do, you know?
^^ Yeah, if it didn't patina evenly it could end up not being so pretty after time. At any rate, I can't spend so much on a bag. I'd like to see them do a wristlet or something small in it. I'd buy that just to see what it'd do over time!
