haha photoobsessive, not sure where your coach store is in south fla, but it seems like in the past year all of the girls in the coach stores around me are pretty new and clueless. my favorite SA left too we need some good SAs like ms-whitney and sprinkles!! move down here guys

anyways, the scarf is sooooo cute and definately on my list of things to buy!

All the SAs at my store are pretty nice, I just had that one incident with the SA not knowing what I was talking about in late Dec./Jan. when I asked about pond....

Anyhow, I started bringing in the numbers to the items I want to order, because it seems to make it go much faster... When I ordered my pond set yesterday, one of the SAs that recognizes me came up, and I whipped out my little purple notecards with my numbers, and she said "You know exactly what you want and have numbers don't you!"... I guess it makes both of out lives easier.

But... that's kinda sad that things like what happened to you happen, since we are going to them for more information... I know that not EVERYONE has to love purses and know about the most recent lines, but you would think that if they worked there, they might have some interest in the new stuff, etc??.... I guess not though... I would love to work at Coach!!

(Sprinkles & Ms.whitney - you guys are definately above the rest, simply because you love handbags enough to have sought out this forum to share your interest!!! That is awesome!!! )

That ponytail scarf is so cute! I might just have to get one. When I went in to order something Punch, the SA did know what I was talking about. Maybe from now on i'll take Bags4Bubbles idea and write all the numbers down first, cause it does seem to go very slow.
