Those coin purses are made currently and you can normally always find some on Ebay and in outlets. Lipstick holders are less common and I don't think any are currently produced. Ebay is probably your only way of getting one of those.
If you are looking for red, I have seen them on Ebay but they go pretty high - easily over $50. I got my lipstick holder for less than $25 if I remember correctly. I normally won't pay more than $40 for any of my accessories. There are exceptions but for small things like that, no more than that.
