Coach 1941 - Does the Rogue ever go on sale? Re-sale value?

Great job! That was a very desirable bag! I bought mine on eBay, too! I guess if you can be patient and wait, it can be worth it. I don't sell too many bags but should consider scaling back on purchases.....like way back!

Selling bags was one of the best things I’ve figured at. At first I thought why would I do that? But then, I realized there are bands in my closet that I had not used in a while. Why not sell them off and get new ones.

Out with the old in with the new!

I love cleaning out my closet and selling old bags. The problem is that I get seller’s remorse. I bought new and then sold an older Coach bag but then instantly regretted it. I ended up buying it preloved later on!

I can see that. That happened with my cornflower blue rogue, but then, the steel blue came out and I liked it better.

I just sold my melon tea rose and I kind of regret it, but used the money to buy this lovely shearing jacket. I love the jacket and it's so warm and soft

You need to set up an alert. Usually, you have to be buying last season's bag. But it works.

Isn't it nice. It's so soft. It's the British brand called Reiss. I had never heard of it. Princess Kate wears it alot. Its seems a bit like Club Monaco. Bloomingdale carries it. '

But, what I found is if I buy British brands in in Great Britain and have it shipped to the US, it's about 30% off. So, on a $1000 jacket that is a lot. I sold a bunch of bags and got shearing Jackets and bought them from http://www.selfridges.com/US/en/ which is like Bloomingdales meets Saks. and they ship to the US. I bought three jackets there. An All Saints Leather Moto and saved 40% on the All Saints, a Maje Shealing and saved 70% of the Maje and and on that Reiss, I saved about 60%.

It was nice to find some deals on high end shearing. Now, if I could only figure out how to do this with Rogues.

Nope, it's a beautiful dark green and has this cool inside. The leather is NOT peppled, but smooth.

I think the top photo is of the black in 'caviar' leather isn't it? The second one is the ivy......I want to try one of these bags myself. It's the 'regular' size with no kiss lock pocket and no handles to contend with, sounds much more user friendly for me.

Oh that would be awesome. I got three amazing jackets from there in the past 6 months. Saved 100s of of US prices. Every jacket was 100s more at Bloomingdales.

The cornflower blue was amazing! That and the yellow with ostrich embossed handles! Both beautiful bags but so hard to find.

I never really see them that low either, and one random day I went on there and found my most recent one for NWT at 60% off. Needless to say, it was snatched up right away. It's a rare thing, but it does happen.

Out of all of my Rogues, I paid full price for one, the other three were on sale. And technically my dh bought me the full priced one, so it was a gift . I would say unless it is a neutral, you can probably find it on sale down the road unless it is a limited edition one.

Couple things.

(1) Coach is having there sales right now. 30% off rogues. Yay!

(2) I have bought 4 rogues on ebay or 50% off - Red, cornflower blue, Beachwood tearose, and the large blue suede. I sold them all for what I paid for them besides the red which kept. The way I did this is using alerts. I also have two rogues on of which is NWT and one in EUC up now for 50% off. They are out there.
