what do you guys think?
i really want a tokidoki, but i am neeeeeeeeeever going to pay $200 for one. so i figured i could get this repaired, and with shipping and repairs it would be about $60 cdn.
think its authentic?
if so should i go for a damaged real one or a fake one?
hmm. theyre about the same price.

huh. I dunnos what to think. it seems real, but the photo are so terrible... it's hard to say for sure. but the part that concerns me the most is the strap part that is broken... to me, in the pic, it looks like the metal ring is totally torn OUT of the leather... I have no idea how the heck you are goign to fix that... w/o it looking fixed, you know? plus that is the handle... which is going ot carry all the weight when you carry the bag, I wouldn't want it to fall apart on me.

plus the seller has two neg feedbacks - one w/the buyer saying the item condition was misrepresented, so I would worry that the bag looks worse in person than in the pics.

if it were me, I'd try to score a tokidoki on sale at macy's or something... most of the bags are under $200 and if you get a decent sale they're pretty reasonable. or scour ebay for a better deal.

yeah i wish i could but i'm in canada [and stuck here] and the cheapest you can get authentic ones here is for like $20 off at winners >_< lol and they sell out sooooo quickly.

hmmm. thanks though.
i'm still trying to decide.
^_^
i think i'll get it.
and if i'm not happy with it i'll go get myself a new lululemon bag to make up for it. yay, pink.

You're asking in the wrong place, no one here would recommend that you get a fake one. In addition to being poor quality, they are illegal.

I personally would never get a severely damaged bag, but that's up to you to decide if you can live with the damage... or know of a way to get it repaired adequately.

Good luck with what you decide, and I encourage you not to support the fake-trade.

both look real. ciao ciao bothers me because of only having one picture up. i'd ask them for more, even though they have one up for all the auctions they have up currently [which are all tokis]..hm. but otherwise it looks real. from that one picture.

looks authentic from the bad pictures [cellphone, maybe?] but i recommend asking for a GOOD picture of what exactly the damage is.. yup.

and like QueenLouis said, we do not endorse fakes. [we can understand reasons for getting a fake, but will never ever tell you to get one.]

Not authentic! First of all, that is not a Mamma Mia, and this style was never made, not even for the first edition.

Secondly, wrong hardware color. All the first edition bags have colored hardware (turquoise blue)

Thirdly, qee has no star on its arm. FAKE! FAKE! FAKE!

Fourthly, the LeSportsac ribbon band - you can actually see the stitching and I can always tell a fake by looking at the band.

Hope this helps.
