Hi: everyone, I recently brought a return to tiffany heart tag ring on line. This ring came with a genuine tiffany pouch and a receipt of purchurse. The heart tag looks nice and the words on it look clean. That is why I bought it. However, I found this ring does not have a Tiffany&Co mark inside the ring. For the other type of tiffany rings, they usually have a mark inside the rings to show that they are genuine pieces. I was confused by this, does anyone have any experience on this? Did anyone have this ring before? Many thanks.

Where did you purchase the item? Authentic Tiffany jewelry is ONLY sold on the Tiffany.com site. It isn't sold anywhere else.

If you didn't purchase it on Tiffany.com, it is fake. I'd contact your credit card company and do a chargeback.

umm wit a lot of tiffany items there is a number on the back of the tag. if it is not there maybe have someone from tiffany appraise it?

I believe most Tiffany pieces should be signed somewhere.. But to be 1000% sure, you could take it into a jewelers and find out if it is true sterling silver.

We have a DFS galleria shop in New Zealand (duty free) who sell Tiffany jewelery. That said i do think there should be a hallmark on the inside of the ring. Gold or Silver always has the grade mark in it.

also with the bean necklace..the tiffany writing seems a bit off. like the writing is fuzzy

All these items are Authentic Tiffanys. Although be aware some scrupulous sellers will try the the old bait & switch - i.e. shows photos of genuine items but sends the counterfeit.

Tiffany does not sell its merchandise on third party sites. These are counterfeits.

If you look on the first site it says:
