2. engravings are whatever color the hardware is

Can someone help me out please? I bought this bag today from a consignment store in Japan. Normally I'd ask a lot more questions, but I don't speak Japanese (sadly). I instantly loved this bag, but now I've brought it home and am trying to learn more about it I can't find it. The tag said "small Fulton" - but it doesn't 100% look like the satchel. I've looked at the zippers (they look like Lampo to me), can someone confirm if it's real and what make it is? Not sure if I can return it, but I'll try if it turns out to be fake. If any more pics are needed just let me know!
