I failed to load all files at once...
The spacing, font, and interior tags (which are different than mine, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything) gives me some pause but unfortunately I can't provide a definitive answer regarding authenticity. The snapshot bags - and this style specifically - are heavily and decently faked.

Have you compared the interior white model tag to the one on your Sling bag? It's tough to tell in photos sometimes if the font and spacing is off or if it's the angle of the photo.

Yes, I have. It was the first thing I did when received this Snapshot - to compare the interior tags with my Sling. They are slightly different: the white tag of the Snapshot is a bit smaller in size than that of the Sling. The same thing is about the fonts... It just made me think it could be a counterfeit.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help! Maybe I will try the authentication service of Authenticate4u

Those are differences that would concern me. I uploaded photos of mine and yours doesn't look quite right in comparison.

I'm curious what A4U says, if you go that route.

Yes, yours looks totally different but very much alike to the Sling purse I own. First, the exterior white paper tag - I can clearly see that the paper is thick and sturdy, more like cardboard. Mine is just a low quality thin paper easily bendable. In fact it was the first red flag for me when I got this Snapshot. Second, the paper envelop with care booklet - mine says it is made from suede))) And the last but not the least are the interior tags. Moreover, I have a strong inner feeling that something is wrong with the bag)). And i should say I am greatly and unpleasantly surprised how far the fakes and replicas industry has moved today...

As to A4U, I’ve already emailed an authentication request to them and will definitely let you know their verdict)

I have bought a Marc Jacobs bag (from a second hand store) and I was wondering is this real or not. Below some of the pictures which I took. I couldn't find the bag model therefore i was unable to find the same bag in the internet to be able to match it with original. Does anyone knows this bag model? Thanks

can you take a photo of the white model tag without the made in tag partially covering it, please?

it looks okay to me so far. the stamped leather tags seem to only be on outlet bags (as far as i've seen) so it likely doesn't have a style name aside from 'small leather crossbody bag' or something basic.

the authentication thread is here just to let you know :) this thread should be moved over shortly.
