I am skeptical that this is an authentic bag. Name stamp looks off to me. It doesn't look like a typical MBMJ bag, but then again, I've never seen this bag. I would seek more opinions.

And thank you I am thrilled about this find! Need to get it cleaned up a bit, there's a few small cracks on the handle, but thankfully the outside is better than the inside- the inside has some marks from ink. I got it at an annual church sale and people are pretty generous and donate tons of designer stuff.

Could someone please authenticate this MARC by MARC JACOBS bag?
I purchased it locally in a thrift store, and shot the photos.
Approx. 12"w x 6"h x 4.25"d. Handle drops 7" to rings.
If authentic, is there an official name and can someone give me an approximate age?

Authentic. It's the House of Marc Natasha in Stone and originally had a removable longer strap

I want to say it was Spring 2011 but am not sure

Hey all, just wondering if someone could answer a question for me. Was this fabric used in authentic Petal to the Metal bags? I have one that I bought from Bloomingdales and the interior fabric has the logo printed all over in black and white. I've never seen this type before.

I have a first season Sasha and a Sookie with this exact same lining. I prefer it, personally - I think it's so pretty!
