Sorry for this sudden landing here but I just placed a bid on ebay on a bag I liked but without having the time to research it more. I just entered the website a couple of minutes ago, saw this bag, read about it and watched the pics really fast, then I placed a bid more like a let's-see-what'll-happen. And... I won it! But is it authentic or I got burned? P,ease help!

a close up of the interior label and made in tag would confirm, but it looks fine

So I got the bag today. Really fast but the seller is located some 50 miles or so away. :smile1:

Here are a few more pics. The bag is in very good used condition. The stain is actually inside the zipped interior pocket so it's not gonna bother me at all. Do you think I might try washing the bag? It has a bit of a perfume scent....

I am new on this forum, sorry for any mistakes (in addition, English is not my first language :blushing:).

I recently bought a "pre-loved" Marc Jacobs handbag on a nice and renowned Italian second-hand website.
Apparently the bag has been checked by their authenticators, but I would like for you to have a look at it, if you don't mind.

Item Name: I don't know
Seller: private seller on PrivateGriffe
Who took the pictures: I did
History of the bag: apparently it has never been used
Comments: The leather is soft and "feels nice", but I cannot find any tag or code and it has no zipper.

Hello, I wonder if anyone here could help me with this?

I've seen a cute bag on Ebay, but I don't recognise what model it is, and I can't seem to find one like it on any of the reference threads here. The Seller doesn't know anything about it, other than it was a gift and she thinks she might have been given it back in 2004/2005. It looks a little bit like an Anouk - other than that, I'm completely stumped. Any info. you could give me, especially as to its authenticity, would be much appreciated. Thanks!

this is not a style i've seen, and the font on the engraving or label don't look right to me in the photos. i would always expect the turnlock plate to be engraved on an authentic bag.

i do personally hesitate to label bags fake when i've never seen the authentic equivalent of the style. the lack of a season tag isn't always a red flag since samples sometimes do not have them, or they can fall off.

i attached photos of authentic bags below so you can compare the engraving and label font to your bag. yours doesn't look right to me when comparing the letters (such as the A, R, C, and S) but i wanted to make sure that isn't just due to the lighting or camera angles/blurriness.

it's authentic vintage MBMJ. i don't know the style name but going by the lining, i think it was fall 2005

Hello, I purchased this bag and justreceived it in the mail, after looking at it, I am not sure it is a real one! L Please help to authenticate.It didn’t come with the dust bag. I will attach more pictures if needed. t hastags inside that say FA11 (other side 610) Made in Italy tag; another tag saysa patent N0 D533,997S
Also on the inside it only says MarcJacobs
My other stam says Made in Italy underthat and this one doesn’t. Please help!
