The nameplate is metal and from the limited no. of pictures I've seen on the internet, this particular bag - turnlock percy - the nameplate is leather (saks, bloomingdales, nordstrom). I'm not certain as I'm not that knowledgeable about mj bags and uncertain as to whether he would have different nameplates for the same design. Thanks

yes, it was released in 'buff sand' and the made in tag and zipper head is correct

Do you all authenticate clothing items as well? I work in consignment and have three MJ pieces that I strongly suspect are fakes (ugh). I'd love to return these items with an "official" word, and have them out of the store, but didn't want to clog the forum if clothing authentication is beyond the bounds.

Clothes are fine to post, just be sure to include clear, close-up photos of all the tags
