if a mbmj has that white tag (not all will) shown in the 7th photo, the last five set of numbers is the color code and you can in turn google that. 81683 is the color code for hot fuchsia

Shopbop is a trusted retailer, but there is no way to authenticate from stock photos, as that is not the exact bag you received. You would need to post photos of the actual bag. The zipper looks good in the one uploaded.
If you inform them that you did not receive a dust bag, I'm sure they will send one to you.
