The listing said AZ, but the USPS bag was shipped from CA. I filed a SNAD for the shipping damage and requested return. I'm waiting for her to respond. The return shipping would be on her if she wants them back, and I would be happy to give them to USPS if she wants to file her own claim as the shipper.

I know the new evil returns aren't popular with sellers, but I think they were looking at her when they came up with them. This whole thing has been unpleasant. :cursing:

She is a no returns seller so the most Ebay can force her to do is refund original shipping. If she were in the managed returns program she would be on the hook for shipping both ways. There were marks not shown in the listing. She deliberately posed those shoes to hide it. If it were me I would pay the return shipping just to be rid of them.

Comments: The only thing throwing me off about this dress is the picture of the back of the dress with the zipper, and the image of the Marc by Marc Jacobs tag since the stitching looks a bit off? She has a lot of photos of the actual dress as opposed to celebrity photos of the dress...but I'm still hesitant. Any help would be much appreciated, since im not quite sure of what I should be looking/watching out for :D

I used to own this. On the label, 'Marc' should be white font and 'by Marc Jacobs' should be in gray. This font on this tag looks all white to me (correct me if I'm wrong) and also doesn't have the material tags behind the size tag. I wouldn't be comfortable buying it.

Ohh I see what you mean, the label font does look more white than it should be! The missing material tag was also throwing me off with the tag...couldn't quite figure out what was wrong. I'll stay away from this one! Thank you!

I'm a bit worried about what looks like a leather strap with a ring at the end (like a key ring) coming out of the bag in the first picture.

The other Q hilliers online don't seem to have them... What do you think?

Suede lined stams are the most commonly faked. To authenticate, photos of the bag, the zipper and kiss lock engraving, interior name plate, and season tag (this is inside the lining of the interior zip pocket) are needed.
