it would help if you could take a clearer photos of the engravings on the chain and pendant itself as they are quite blurred in these photos due to low resolution: your pendant photo is just 23 kB.

The key looks fine to me, no obvious sign of a fake. However, this is auction, and price equals to the current bid, so it may as well get much higher.

Looks fine to me! Most of Tiffany’s gemstones look much lighter in real life than on their website.
